 Congratulations go to Professor Emeritus of Management Glenn Varney on being presented the distinguished Organization Development Network Lifetime Achievement Award for 2009. The Organization Development Network is an international professional organization which honors those who have demonstrated outstanding commitment and contributed significantly to the field of organization development.
Dr. Varney is a principal of The Change Management Center and past Graduate Director of the Master of Organization Development Program and The Institute of Organizational Effectiveness (IOE) at Bowling Green State University. According to ODN’s award information, Dr. Varney has also published over seventy articles in professional journals, ten books, and numerous manuals and booklets, and currently he is working on a new book, entitled Lessons in Change. In 1999 he co-authored a book titled Cases in Organization Development. During his career Dr. Varney has traveled extensively as educator, consultant, and author.
