This semester, students in Introduction to Human Resource Management (MGMT 361) participated in Target’s national case study program. They worked in teams to identify ways to improve Target’s campus recruitment practices. On April 30, the five finalist teams presented to a group of faculty and Target executives. The winning team “Rock-Paper-Scissors” provided a variety of recommendations, including a scholarship program to reward Target interns for their grades as they complete their college degrees.
Members of the winning team included Tom Albrecht, Nick Iovinelli, and Jeremiah Juergens who will split a $4000 scholarship awarded by Target.
