Austrian HR Scholar Joins Business College Faculty This Summer

A renowned human resource expert from Austria will be a visiting professor for the College of Business Administration’s management department this summer.  Dr. Herbert Gölzner is professor and department head for Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour and Social Skills Training at Salzburg University of Applied Sciences in Austria. 

Dr. Gölzner is an accomplished scholar, co-authoring numerous articles on diversified communication and management for the stakeholder, network partners, employees, and customers. He also has published a management book entitled Success Despite Leadership – The Systemic-integrative Leadership Model in Theory and Practice: An Approach to Increased Performance.

The visiting professor completed his doctoral studies in business administration at the Linz University/Austria and Munich University/Germany. He also earned a diploma in team development and coaching through a three-year program with the Austrian Psychologists Organisation in Vienna.
