Economics Professor Selected to Edit New International Publication

Regional Science Policy and Practice is a new international journal to be published in 2009 by the Regional Science Association International (RSAI).  Dr. Michael Carroll, associate professor of economics and director of the Center for Regional Development at BGSU, has been chosen to edit this regional planning and development publication.

Dr. Carroll’s research interests are in the areas of urban and regional economics, the history of economic thought, political economy and macroeconomic theory.

RSAI is a community of noted scholars interested in tackling regional problems.  It is at the cutting edge of research for regional analysis and impact assessment on a global basis.
