Milt BakerMilt Baker was named the first director of the Dallas-Hamilton Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership. According to Dean Rodney Rogers, "Milt has brought a unique combination of extensive, diverse business experience with a strong academic background. He has been an entrepreneurial leader in both corporate and start-up organizations."

Baker began his career at GM where he held increasing levels of responsibility and later became a Corporate Vice President at Motorola. After Motorola he became the CEO of a high technology wireless start-up. The new director received his undergraduate degree from Lehigh University in engineering and a master’s degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management.

The Dallas-Hamilton Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership was created by a gift from Bowling Green native and Olympic Gold Medal winner Scott Hamilton and his wife Tracie, along with BGSU alumnus and co-founder of Fox Sports Grill, William Dallas and his wife Beverly.

The Center offers a variety of programs and services to enhance entrepreneurial leadership and new enterprise development in the region, state, and nation. The Center also enhances connections among business and entrepreneurial communities and entrepreneurship students and faculty at BGSU.
