BGSU’s Institute for Organizational Effectiveness (IOE) is a worldwide leading center for change. It is assisting businesses, communities, and organizations initiate and sustain change, including change on a large scale. The Center, which is part of the management department, hosts a worldwide event called Nexus for Change which attracts hundreds of thought leaders, practitioners, and scholars from around the world to discuss change.
