Cooperative Education Options

 

All positions must be related to marketing and you must be supervised by your employer. In all cases, the purpose of the work assignment is to foster the following learning outcomes:

• To gain practical experience while applying classroom learning at the workplace
• To enhance professional skills
• To experience professional and personal growth

Full-time Cooperative Education. You can work for at least two semesters you can alternate between school and work or you can work consecutive terms (e.g. spring and summer, or summer and fall). You will never work three semesters in a row without attending school.

Part-time Cooperative Education. You will work approximately 20 hours per week for multiple semesters. Often, you may opt to work full-time during the summer semesters.
